Q) Why Reiki?

Reiki is particularly effective in balancing the body's biofield or Chi. From this energetic level, Reiki promotes balance in the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual systems. This holistic balancing can help relieve pain, strengthen the body's immune system, and support overall well-being.

Q) What is Biofield Medicine?

According to the National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine, Biofield Medicine is based on the concept that human beings are infused with
a subtle form of energy. Practitioners of Biofield Medicine believe that illness results from disturbances of these subtle energies.

NCCAM reports that Reiki is the most popular
Biofield Medicine being used today.

Q) What is the mind-body connection?

Our bodies respond to the way we think, feel,
and act. Recent mind-body research shows that significant perceived stress directly impacts normal functioning of the immune system.

Q) How does Reiki treat this connection?

Reiki can strengthen the immune system by reducing the effects of perceived stress on mood. Reiki alters mood by inducing the body's natural relaxation response, which physiologically "turns off" stress hormone production.

Q) What is Unconditional Health?

Unconditional Health is a concept Suzanne developed to describe her work. The nature of Unconditional Health encourages us to become intimate with life.

By acquiring an intimate knowledge of our condition(s), we allow agape and acceptance to flourish in our hearts. It is in our hearts that we experience this intimacy. It is this intimacy that fosters faith in the process of healing.

Q) What is Intuition?

Intuition is a universal gift that can guide us through the obstacles of life. By learning how to listen for
and follow this guidance, we can achieve greater acceptance and understanding of our conditions.
